Today, we shared in an online service for the Jubilee of Hope which was run by the Diocese of Birmingham. We were joined by other schools in the MAC, some of whom sang and read about their Year of Hope adventures, and worshippers from the wider Diocese. The “Jubilee Year of Hope” refers to the 2025 Jubilee, a special Holy Year in the Catholic Church called by Pope Francis with the theme “Pilgrims of Hope.” This year of forgiveness and reconciliation began on December 24^th, 2024, and will conclude on January 6^th, 2026, inviting Catholics to renew their hope and act with kindness to rebuild relationships and create a more just world.
