This week, the younger children enjoyed meeting their Year 5 buddies, and spent time reading and exploring their classrooms together. As a school, we value the buddy system that we have in place, and feel that the positive role modelling, the relationships and the security provided by the ‘buddy,’ helps increase self-esteem and confidence.
