Year 1 put on a delightful Father’s Day assembly to celebrate the special people in their lives. The children confidently  performed on their recorders and shared a heartfelt poem, sang and wrote a prayer. As part of their learning, pupils also painted thoughtful portraits of their dads and created handmade cards. The assembly ended with a lovely gesture, as the children presented flowers to their dads and grandads who attended.It was a joyful occasion filled with pride, creativity, and appreciation. We are grateful to all the family members who joined us to make the event so memorable.
