Year 3 retold the Story of the First Christingle to their parents and carers. They shared how John De Watteville started this tradition many years ago and how it is still part of the festivities at this time of year. Also, they performed their Christmas Carol Song of ‘Away in a Manger’ with the addition of ‘Shine Jesus Shine’. During their performance of ‘Shine Jesus Shine’ their Christingles were lit to represent how Jesus lights up the world.
